Profile: Elaine Allen

Broker Associate Elaine Allen has a favorite motto: "Professional Service with a Personal Touch" which captures her approach to selling real estate. Elaine is a caring Realtor who enjoys assisting people achieve their goals. Her loyal clients appreciate her extensive market knowledge, attention to detail, negotiating skill, dedication and enthusiasm.

Elaine’s successful real estate career began in 1980. After being recognized as a top producer with two prominent firms, she established Elaine Allen & Associates in 1984 and continued her sales career while managing her company and twenty associates. In 1999, she accepted an offer to merge her firm with a larger firm, enabling Elaine to return to her first love, selling real estate, on a full-time basis. It was a smooth transition for Elaine, who has consistently been named a top producer ever since. In 2005, Elaine joined Greenwood King as a Broker Associate and continues to provide exceptional service to her clients.

For over twenty years, Elaine has ranked as one of Houston’s most successful Inner Loop Realtors. H Magazine has selected Elaine on their “Houston’s Best Realtors” list for consecutive years and she was named to Houston Business Journal’s “Who’s Who is Houston Real Estate.” She has been honored to serve on H.A.R.’s Professional Standards Committee as well as a Board Member for the Greater Southwest Houston Chamber of Commerce. Other honors include serving as a Board Member for the West University Historical Society and President of a Delta Delta Delta alumnae group. She also volunteers her time to the S.P.C.A., Sunshine Kids and Houston Women’s Center.

On a personal note, Elaine has lived in six states as well as in Japan and Paris, France, making her sensitive to the needs and emotions of clients who are relocating. She is a graduate of the University of Florida, and happily resides in West U. with her husband John and two miniature schnauzers.
