The Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), with over 19,000 members, is the largest real estate association in the country. The association’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS) provides information on thousands of active listings in Houston and surrounding areas.

As a service, I have provided a direct link to the www.HAR.com home page where you may search for properties through MLS. Just follow these directions:

Select “Find a Home”

Select Property Type (such as Single Family Home or Townhouse/Condo)

Select an area (such as Area 17 Southwest for the West University, Rice-Medical Center and Bellaire neighborhoods or Area 23 for the Memorial area. Research the map options if you need assistance in determining your preferred areas)

Select a List Price Range

Select other important criteria, such as number of bedrooms or baths or key map location

Select Submit

You will then see the available properties which match your search criteria.

The HAR system is updated daily, so you should always receive the current listing inventory.
