Bellaire: (Approx. 6000 homes)
Divided by the 610 West Loop and developed in the 1940's and 50's, the incorporated city of Bellaire has its own mayor, city council, police and fire departments. The city boasts a library, two swimming pools, sport centers and numerous parks. New homes are rapidly replacing the original one-story ranch-style houses. This friendly community maintains a true sense of neighborhood pride.

Braes Heights area: (Approx. 1380 homes)
This Medical Center community south of West U. was a 1960's development of brick ranch style homes. A new trend is bringing new construction to the area. The active Braeswood Place civic association includes Braes Heights, Ayrshire, Southern Oaks, Braes Oaks and other subdivisions south of the Braes Heights area. The Stella Link Redevelopment has brought exciting new improvements to this neighborhood.

Sunset Terrace area: (Approx. 300 homes)
Located north of West U., this small community includes Sunset Terrace, Montclair and nearby subdivisions. Developed in the 1960's, this area also has many brick ranch type homes and some recently constructed residences.
